运行命令：service httpd start，无法启动httpd，错误提示如下：
Starting httpd: (2)No such file or directory: httpd: could not open error log file /etc/httpd/logs/error_log.
Unable to open logs
执行命令：
touch /etc/httpd/logs/error_log
chown apache:apache /etc/httpd/logs/error_log
把所有者和组都改为apache
就可以了
